These guidelines are designed to promote a safe, respectful, fair and enjoyable environment for everyone. All members are expected to be familiar with these standards and follow them during the normal season as well as when traveling with the team.
Grievance Procedure
This second document outlines the steps to be taken in the reporting and resolution of any formal or informal grievances or complaints regarding a breach in code of conduct by an NYP Dragons member. It is designed to ensure these instances are dealt with swiftly, sensitively and in a manner that is conducive to a just and balanced outcome.
